Scott J. Keller [Dynamis President & CEO]: Scott has over twenty-five years of experience with public/private real estate ventures. His experience has included feasibility analysis, development, project management, investment and sales. Additionally, he has eight years of experience in working with federal and state lobbyists on appropriations. Before helping found Dynamis, Scott served as the chairman of the Midwest Healthcare Services Division of Grubb & Ellis, a national real estate consulting and brokerage company. Scott is a graduate of Yale University.

Vincent Day, J.D. [Dynamis Vice President]: Vince has held various positions as an administrator, faculty member and coach at Hopkins School, trust officer and administrator for charitable and institutional accounts at Pittsburgh National Bank (now PNC Corporation), senior staff member and Affirmative Action Officer at New Haven's Science Park Development Corporation — a public/private partnership between the City of New Haven, the State of Connecticut, the Olin Winchester Corporation and Yale University - an incubator for new biotechnology start-up companies, and Director of Development and Alumni Affairs for the Yale University School of Management and the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work. He has consulted with numerous not-for-profit organizations and has served in leadership capacities on numerous not-for-profit organization boards. He is a graduate of Yale University and holds a JD from the University of Pittsburgh Law School.

John D. Leech, L.L.B., [Dynamis Principal]: An expert in governance issues, John has moderated over 150 board workshops providing governance consultation, analysis, design, strategic direction planning and assisting with decision-making. He is an attorney, having been a partner with a 200-person law firm representing hospitals and healthcare systems. He chaired the Sentinel Event Task Force involved with reducing medical errors in accredited institutions for the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and was the recipient of the Trustees Award in 1998 from the American Hospital Association and a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award from the Greater Cleveland Hospital Association/Center for Health Affairs. He is a past member of The Cleveland Clinic Foundation Board and of the Board of Commissioners, Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and is currently the Secretary of the Board of The Cleveland Clinic Children's Rehabilitation Hospital and presently serves on the Board of Joint Commission Resources, Inc. John earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts and holds a L.L.B. from Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina.
